Steven, it sounds like another instance of SSDR may be running on your PC for some reason. Press CTRL+ALT+ESC, and close any instances of SSDR.1 -

Tim, I have verified your order from our records. I have fixed the issue and your radio should now be licensed for v3. Pressing the blue refresh button should get you going.1 -

Pat, if you'd like to upgrade to v3, simply download and install the latest v3 software. No need to install v2.4.9.1 -
